The whole Target vs Walmart thing has become a meme nowadays. We often joke about how even though we pay more than we would at walmart, we choose to shop at Target to avoid the methheads and overall unruly crowds and environment in favor of a smoother, cleaner, more easy-going shopping experience.
With all that being said, this location drops the ball as far as target's standards go.. I understand you can't control how people conduct themselves outside of your facilities but for the love of God, stop allowing people to bring their dirty, aggressive pets into the stores... These are not service animals because they were literally barking at anyone who got within 5 feet and I see this everytime I come to this location, among other things. Get it together so I can stop driving all the way to Lathrop to shop at Target. read more
