I bought some frames from Target Optical granted I lost the receipt, however they were able to find me I the system and my last day to return them was on the 27th of June. Today we are the 29th and they said my 90 days was up. I called back and spoke to whom I think is a manager and he said that I can't return them since they can't do a refund. But yet you are able to see that I purchased them there. I did advise him that the frames still have everything on them. He still won't do it. Unbelievable so disappointed in TARGET!! Guess I will never again buy frames from them. Other stores can do it but not TARGET!!! I can't believe they cant do anything. Guess I'm out the money. read more
