This is in regards to their online site. The item is a Simpson gas pressure Washer, 3,100 PSI. They did not post my review which is not shocking. I called 2 Target reps as the first review said refurbished. I asked the 1st rep "is it refurbished or new?" He asked me to be more specific. I disconnected from that chat and went to another one. After hemming and hawing, 2nd one said it was new from the description. I placed my order and got it a day early and the first thing I noticed when the FedX lady brought to me was the REFURBISHED UNIT (pic enclosed) label on the box. So Target wasted my time calling their reps who knew NOTHING plus I have to waste my time bringing this REFURBISHED NOT NEW pressure washer back to Target. I have to wait for my refund to process and this will be the last time I ever shop at Target because now is an item NEW or REFURBISHED. read more
