Do not miss this amazing restaurant if you are in or near Meta! We were absolutely blown away by the delicious food, top notch service, reasonable prices for excellent food and wine, and the beautiful setting. It's truly a hidden gem and since it's relatively new- go now before everyone else finds out about it!! The food was so amazing that we actually went there twice for dinner. I had the risotto both night because I couldn't get enough. The unexpected combination of flavors was absolutely divine. My husband had the T-bone the first night- it was cut with a fork, melt in your mouth tender and full of flavor. The second night he had the rigatoni with meat and onion sauce. The onions were so tender they blended in to the overall sauce and the meat was steeped with subtle herbs and spices. The chef and the waitstaff recommended perfect wine pairings for each of our choices. Finally, don't be fooled by the simple entrance off of a busy street. The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous and well decorated. The garden is absolutely stunning and can be very romantic or fun and relaxed, with a bar, table seating, and outdoor sofas- all surrounded by ancient looking Italian walls and beautiful flowers and vegetable gardens.
