It's a Xmas miracle! I got a PS2 for my kid online but the console wouldn't turn on & there wasn't time to ship it back in time for Xmas. I tried yelp for the 1st time & Tech Services Nano reached out within an hour & correctly diagnosed my consoles issue just from my description! There was no way to know if the console was beyond repair without replacing the PSU so it could power on so they didn't make unrealistic promises & kept me informed during the discovery process. They didn't promise they could get the parts ordered in time for Xmas bc of slow holiday shipping but less than 72hrs later they hand delivered a working PS2 to my door! Above & beyond customer service picking up & dropping off my console at my home. Bc I'm disabled this was so convenient! The price was up front, reasonable and exactly as promised.
