Ted worked directly with and my wife. Clear communications. Lots of chances to take samples home to make our choice. Believe me, that was not easy. When the day came for the installation, the crews arrived on time. They were respectful of our home. they cleaned up after themselves. Every one we worked with in the shop and in our house were very knowledgable and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
