Ambiance: 2 out of 5 stars.
The restaurant has simple decor. Booths in the front and tables in the back near the kitchen.
We were given a table near the kitchen. It's very loud in the back. You can hear the kitchen staff cutting up vegetables and the like. It can literally give you a headache with the constant and loud chopping noise.
Unfortunately, there are flies in the back of the restaurant. Not sure where it's coming from. Annoying when you're trying to eat.
Service: 3 out of 5 stars.
There was a 30 min plus wait for a table. It was lunch time @1 pm so it was expected.
Service was spotty here. Our Teishoku meals were brought to our table at least 10 minutes apart. I waited for the other meal to be brought to the table. My meal became somewhat cold.
The servers did not appear to know where the meals should be delivered. One server came up to our table trying to say we had the wrong Teishoku meal. It was not our order.
None of the servers smiled or greeted you here.
