They're doing things right in Eagan! While you can find many Americanized-Mexican places, I found this place to be genuinely good without any pretenses. The host and staff were solid, quick, and good on suggestions. The place itself seems made to cater to larger amounts of people and it was clean. The meat was well- seasoned (especially the steak) but the vegis (both bean options) and rice were under-seasoned. The flan was very nice with hints of honey and chocolate, but by itself, it also needed some extra seasoning. A bit blah without the syrups.
