This restaurant what an experience from beginning to end! - they don't take bookings- so you pull a number bingo ticket like you used to in the supermarket , waiting for the meat counter and you are promised a table! Hey presto 10 mins later we were sat in the frenetic centre of an incredibly well oiled machine. More waiters than you can shake a stick at, all with personality and humour that made for fun interactions when you don't speak fluent Spanish! No really it was fun rather than awkward! And food so varied fresh and delicious that you can't believe how they can serve it so quick! ( must be also a large gaggle of chefs in the kitchens! ) the ambience was efficient without being rushed and the chatter from other tables suggested it was a favourite place for family gatherings and local celebrations!
