From the moment I walked in Cassie and Nancy greeted me and gathered info in a few minutes to start the appraisal of both my trucks. They offered for me to wait in the lobby which has 4 TV's, coffee, water, computers, kids play area and best of all they had two full body massage chairs. The appraisals took about 45 minutes for both of my trucks. Both offers were good; in the beginning they ask what range was I looking for. They offered more than a dealer would. Wes and Blake were very nice and attentive to what my needs and goals were in selling my trucks. The next day I return with one of the trucks and cashed out. They had all the paperwork ready when I got in so it will be quick to get my check cut. It was a Saturday morning and was not busy at all. I waited in the lobby and got my check in about 30 minutes. What a simple and quick option to sell your vehicle hassle free and get a check the same day. Very good customer service from beginning to end I wish I had another vehicle to sell read more
