Thai Crystal is a must stop for my next trip through Pendleton. The Shrimp Fresh Rolls were fresh and crisp, and beautifully garnished. Also enjoyed the green curry and the spicy basil. Loved all the vegetables in spicy basil-also that they were not overcooked. Only thing that could be improved would be more basil since this flavor was not very dominant, despite the name. The owners show a lot of pride in the restaurant with the decor, Thai wall decorations, statues, dolls, and the fresh orchid plants on many tables. read more
