Yum! I was pleasantly surprised with how good the Thai food was here considering spruce pine is a little bit in the middle of nowhere. Both the Thai and sushi dishes are good and very fresh. Our table ordered lots of food - here were our thoughts on everything: Summer shrimp rolls - 5/5. Golden triangle appetizer - 5/5 Pad grathiem tofu - 5/5 Pad phak with chicken - 4/5 Pad Thai (multiple proteins) - 2-3/5. Very heavy on the tamarind in the sauce. I thought this was great but it was overpowering for some people used to more of a mild savory pad Thai. Red curry shrimp - 4/5 Pad see ew tofu - 4/5 Fried rice - 3/5 OBX roll - 4/5 Dragon roll - 4/5 Mango sticky rice - 2-3/5 depending on the person Fried ice cream - 5/5 Overall the majority of the dishes were above average in flavor presentation and portion so we felt like they were all great deals and worth trying again. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is cozy inside. Service is fast and friendly maybe a bit blunt. They offer a deal where if you post on Facebook and tag them you can get 10-20% off your meal or a free dessert. We thought it was fun to take part.
