Id like to preface this review with the axil that I rarely leave negative reviews. See the photo of positive vs. negative reviews I've written. But sometimes you just have to help the community know what to expect. I have had a storage unit at this location for 6 years. It was previously owned and operated as Cooper Storage. A man that owned GTS auto sales bought the storage units and it was under his management for a few years. Apparently it went into foreclosure and the new owners purchased it. They went and put locks on all the units until each renter called them personally. I understand that they had to know who was who and to establish a business relationship with them. However, from the first phone conversation with Jasmine, there was a real lack of professionalism. She laid her stuff on my car (I don't even do that!), has an attitude of superiority and has no idea how to provide customer service. The one positive is that the price she gave me was what I had previously been paying- $60 for a 10x10. So there's one star. The only option to pay was to meet her at the location and give cash or use a card and pay the surcharge. I contacted her to see about meeting me on a Saturday (the 30th of the month) and she said she couldn't meet that day but could meet the following day. It was Easter Sunday. But I agreed to meet her at 11 as I was going to the early church service. She copped an attitude with me saying "I can't wait all day" when I said I would be there right at 11 or a couple (literally a COUPLE) minutes after. So I told her that if that's how she's gonna do business, that I'll be emptying out my unit. That's precisely what I did. I paid double for the month of April so that I could secure another unit, then rented a vehicle to move all my stuff.,, just to get out of a business deal with her. I am someone that is easy to get along with. I give grace to people. (Like when she didn't know how to fill out a receipt. It's a learning curve...) But I won't do business with someone like that. She said they buy and flip houses, etc. That's wonderful and I understand the investment side of things. But you have to have people skills too. read more
