What an amazing experience. We stopped in at 6:30 on a Saturday, only an hour before close. We were immediately meant to feel right at home. We both tried a flight of reds with extra tastings and the lemon feta spread. We happened to be the only people in the cave at the time and all of the staff gathered around for wonderful learning and conversation. Truly a one of a kind experience and each staff was so friendly and offered contributions to the wine conversations! I can't wait to come back and even attend some wine classes.
