We had a great experience with Laura and her son, hiking what the locals call "Pregnant Hill" above Cayucos. She was informative telling us stories of the history of the area. It was the home of Native Americans and her son found an arrowhead. She provided water and hiking poles if needed, which my daughter used descending the mountain. Communicating with her prior to our hike, her recommendations of natural sights to see created our afternoon trip in the area including Moonstone Beach Dr, Elephant Seal Vista Point, and Ragged Point in Big Sur.
