This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! Don't ever spend one quarter at this place! I had been here in the past with no issue, but that was years ago. This place has really gone down hill, and whoever owns the place doesn't seem to care. I took in some blankets and towels. The first washer spent 32 minutes in wash cycle and at the end there was still suds and soap, I open the door when it was finished the machine never even went into rinse cycle at all ! My blanket was wet and soap suds were everywhere! The washer right next to that one seemed like it completed a spin cycle and as the load completed the water started spraying as if back to a rinse cycle! I opened the door pulled my towels out and the hot water wouldn't stop spraying! It filled up the washer and continued to overflow and flood the entire place! Meantime there is absolutely NO emergency number or anything to contact in this situation. No attendant or worker or even a name of a person to contact. No wet floor signs to put out, no mop or bucket, and the sink doesn't even work. So I payed $9.50 in total for soaking wet soapy (and I think dirtier) laundry than what I arrived with. Had to haul the dripping wet comforters back home. And while all this place was flooding and the water was getting under the dryers leaving me fearful of electricity sparking, the other gal that was in there reassured me that it wasn't my fault that this happens all the time... What! Wow. This place sucks. And it's dead of winter and we have no blankets and I'm out $9.50. I'm pissed. read more
