This is one of my favourite bars in Brighton. It's large and roomy. The food here is top notch, and generally much more varied than other pubs. It's not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. Plenty for veggies and some vegan dishes, as well as meat and fish.
The service is ok - variable, as in some very glum staff seem to be employed as well as some enthusiastic smiley people who seem to care that you have a good time while you spend your cash.
It's usually very busy and if you want Sunday lunch best to get there no later than 1230.
