Sister Sarah and I did floats Tuesday afternoon at The Floatation Centre. I've done them for a few years (I find them relaxing) and this was her first one. It was a nice restful spot and the staff was kind and caring.
A 75 minute float in 11 inches of water with 1,000 pounds of salt!
