Food was ok. Things that are meant to be hot were warm. Coffee that's supposed to be steaming I can feed to a baby. Sauce for my salmon en croute needed more cream. Service was slow. They seemed understaffed. We sat at a dirty table and waited a few for them to even acknowledged us. Ordering is not efficient. We order with waiter then made to pay upfront. Basically making it a fast food restaurant. Inconsistent between each location. Coffee presentation was good but it just wasn't hot. It has the look of a cafe/bakery but comes off as a Starbucks heat and serve. They had a weird roll with ham and some sweet fried coconut of something? Not good. Kinda gross to be honest.
