Eileen is Awesome! My son was turning 13 and he decided he wanted to have a baking party. He invited 5 of his pre-teen/teen friends & they had a blast! Eileen taught them how to prepare & bake cookies, cupcakes, & a bunt cake later used as his Birthday cake. They wore aprons & got to act like real-live chefs! Later they got to make the frosting from scratch & also had fun decorating the cake, cookies & cupcakes. He loved his Birthday celebration- a unique one he nor his friends will ever forget.
