As I walked in, I watched the family in front of me breeze past the "Masks Required" sign without masks. Within three minutes, I saw another family also not wearing masks. There was a nearby employee looking at them. I made eye contact with him and looked back at the family. He said nothing. I can't imagine having such a blatant lack of empathy for others. I know that this time puts a lot of these employees in a tough situation. Many of them are young and trying to avoid confrontation, I get that... I'm sure it would uncomfortable to tell a 50+ year old man that he needs to follow rules just like everyone else if he wishes to shop in the store. But not saying anything is also uncomfortable for EVERYONE else shopping in the store. When there are numerous families walking around without masks, it's clear that there's no enforcement of the rule. I hate writing negative reviews, it gives me no pleasure... but this is just irresponsible of Home Depot. Stand up for your customers! read more
