We had a spectacular stay with Karin and Matt at The Howling Wolf! They made us feel right at home from the moment we got there, and the room was very nicely decorated with lots of closet space and windows. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal, as chef Matt prepared us some "all inclusive" French-style omelettes in addition to the fresh fruit, toast, and bircher muesli (I think that's what it's called) that we're available. The B&B is located very close to the downtown part of Canmore but just far enough away that it feels secluded and free of the traffic noise from town. One of our favorite things aside from breakfast was watching the colorful bunnies that frequent their front yard. Check-in and check-out were also quick and very easy. We really couldn't have asked for better hosts and a better stay, I would highly recommend a stay at The Howling Wolf to anyone looking to visit the Canmore/Banff area. read more
