However, since the most recent change in property management, the environment has shifted in a concerning way. There has been a clear pattern of retaliatory behavior coming from upper management, including the regional manager and the area vice president. Over time, different management companies have cycled through this property, often leaving behind a history of questionable and improper practices. Unfortunately, the current team has continued this pattern--voiding previously approved work orders, mishandling communication, and responding to tenant concerns with hostility instead of resolution.
