The Maligne Range in Jasper offers a fantastic blend of atmosphere, service, and flavor. The House-Made Alberta Beef Burger and harissa Smoked Chicken Club were standouts; flavorful, and beautifully presented. The soup of the day was a beef stew made with smoked brisket...fabulous. Staff were attentive and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I'm big bourbon drinker and was not impressed with the bourbon they make in-house. The Smoked Old Fashion was good, but nothing special. I did try in "up" and that's what formed my opinion, not impressed.
Whether you're a local or visiting Jasper, this gastropub is a must-visit for quality Canadian cuisine and a cozy vibe. Highly recommended! read more
