I sent my husband to get a hair cut because he looked ragged. He came back 5 minutes later and $40 later because I sent him with a big tip for them. They barely even cut his hair. They didn't do anything. His sideburns looked terrible. They didn't even cut his bangs. I was mad for months and still am. I am not a barber and was forced to basically do it myself.
