We stumbled on The Osteria while walking the streets of Silverton. We were not planning on eating but the wonderful aroma brought us in. Wendy and Kelli are so friendly and provide wonderful service. There is a small dinning room and tables located outside. We sat outside, however, I crashed the party in the inside room to take some pictures. The pasta is homemade along with many other items. The majority of the ingredients are locally sourced. We had the focaccia with oil, meatballs and a sausage. Everything was delicious, full of flavor and gone super fast. The Osteria is a fairly new arrival to Silverton and the only one currently in Silverton. We can't wait to come back to Silverton and try more menu items. read more
