From the outside, the Paradise is a plain building, but from the inside it is super clean, modern and well decorated. A poster on the wall tells the backstory on the Lopez family-- it's a fascinating read, worth the time! I stopped in the afternoon between meal times. The restaurant was quiet with permeating aromas filling the main salon. I ordered "Tacos Dorados" (hardshell crispy tacos). They weren't on the menu, but they said they make them for me. What they served were Flautas. not what I expected, but they were delicious. The quality of the ingredients is superb and fresh, definitely a cut above what you would expect. The flautas were $16.95. They came with rice and beans, however, that was five dollars extra. The cup of coffee was $3.95. So, all toll, the bill was just short of $26. I thought that was a little pricey, but certainly reasonable for a custom meal that's not on their menu. As Mexican food fare goes, Paradise is a higher class restaurant, and it's obvious they want to please their customers. I appreciated the special attention.
