We have used The Pixie Planner for 3 vacations now. 1 canceled due to COVID, a quick trip 2 hours north for a weekend getaway, and a family trip to the beach in Mexico. And I can't say enough amazing things about them! I get a lot of anxiety when it comes to traveling, but I feel so much better knowing if anything pops up- they have it covered! Our cruise being canceled due to COVID was so stressful, but Shana took care of everything. She contacted us daily with updates and when everything was closed down and our trip was canceled in May 2020, she made sure that we got our refund without us having to call or email anyone! Then when we decided on Wednesday that we wanted to go away for New Year's Eve, Shana again found us a great place on 2 days notice! No time on our end and our hotel was AMAZING! The most recent was our family trip to Mexico. BEAUTIFUL!!!! Oceanview condo, an amazing resort, gave us all the info needed for safe travels there including passport info and how long in advance to leave to get through the line at the border (driving).
