I had open rhinoplasty a year and three months ago. The tip of my nose is still just as large as it was before, and now the bridge of my nose is now all bumpy, which wasn't something that I had before surgery. Dr. Gannon plans on putting a stitch in the tip to fix it, but that didn't sound like it would work to me considering the open rhinoplasty didn't work; and so I had a second opinion from another surgeon and he agreed with me.
