He's the guy that is doing a million things all at the same time including selling bowling shoes and equipment, to watching bowlers test out his bowling balls, to instructing you on how to bowl. He's also got the gift of gab and can keep you entertained all at the same time. It's not your normal way to do business where you head to the register and purchase an item and you are off. Nope, and forget appointments basically. This shop works on a multi-task oriented system but hey, it works! I got my bowling shoes so I did not have to share sweaty feet with other people.
