I used to go to the Sharp Shooter when they were at a different location. I hadn't been since they moved and that's been several years now. But, when I did (to practice for an upcoming CHL class), it was amazing how much the little shooting range had grown! They have a full gun SHOP inside with all kinds of cleaning supplies, accessories for your guns, clothes, some items for the home, gun safes....very impressive. The guys behind the counter are exceptionally nice. They helped me with a jammed slide on my .45 with no hesitation. They installed a new grip and didn't charge me for it. And the price for that grip was comparable to anywhere I'd be finding it and those other places would NOT have installed it for me. Yeah, they only have 10 lanes for shooting and it can get busy but I know there are plenty of times when they're not so much and I can go then. One plug I have to put in here. They offer the CHL course that takes care of your application, photos, notary and proficiency exam all in one place. And I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of Capt Oren Moore's class. He's an EXCELLENT instructor as well as a wealth of knowledge about gun laws and great stories from his long career in law enforcement. Makes the 10 hours you're in there go pretty quick.
