I go here for aerial yoga and it's so much fun. There are three locations in montrose, river oaks, and the heights. I go to the montrose location. It's a Cute & small studio located on the second floor. They do validate parking in garage and valet. If you valet, it's only about 90 minutes, whereas if you park in the garage, it's unlimited time. The parking garage is very spacious and well lit with an elevator. Christina & Nhi are great instructors and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You are not expected to do anything you can't do. The class is to relax and for your body a good stretch. It's very chill and vibey there. I recommend trying the out through classpass or about $38 per class. They also offer memberships. read more
