Incredible location, lovely, well-equipped units, and great management make Studley a wonderful place to call home. There are frequently elevator outages, but often aren't noticable ever since they brought the second elevator online, and they are promptly addressed by management. There are 0 amenity spaces in the building (no gym, rooftop/terrace, common areas/workspaces), despite there being a basement and ample retail on the ground floor that could be used as amenity space. The rent for a studio is over $2,000/month, not including utilities, and I think it's a little pricey for an amenity-void building, especially when there are other fully-furnished and/or amenity-rich buildings in the area. However, the fact that the units are furnished with high-end fixtures and appliances make it a little more justifiable. Additionally, there is no leading office or management on site, making package delivery somewhat tricky sometimes. All things considered, great building and would recommend living here! read more
