Today ends more than a month of my horrible ordeal with the Web Zone. I came to them in part because they had "good" yelp reviews. I now know that the majority of this businesses accurate reviews can be found in the "not recommended" area. If you aren't a regular Yelp user, your review doesn't get recommended. If I had read some of those reviews, I never would have gone to this business. I went there more than a month ago to get my iMac fixed. I signed a contract for $95 in service fees (but wasn't offered a copy of the contract, which he is legally obligated to do) and was told the vast majority of things could be fixed in a few days. Fast forward a few weeks and my computer still isn't fixed and I have been charged an additional $425 in parts that either didn't work at all or didn't fix my computer. Total charges of $520 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Web Zone deemed my computer "unfixable." When I indicated some of my charges could be considered fraudulent, manager Kevin wouldn't give back my computer until I paid him $250 in cash. I have much more I could say about my insane experience, but I'll just end by saying that you should go to another place if you are considering this one. read more
