If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company will not stand behind their so called "No Fine Print Lifetime Warranty" We had 12 windows that were installed in 2021. After the first install, we noticed right away that several windows had glass defects - it was a painful process to get them replaced. Then we noticed in Sept 2024 that another 5 have glass defects and Roberta Reams and Tom Carmody will not return calls or return emails. We are stuck with these defective windows in a beautiful great room. Avoid this company- they are also known as Iowa's Best Windows. read more
