After reading about Thinking Tree Spirits in the Eugene Weekly, I decided to get a group of friends together and come down and check it out. This distillery did not disappoint. When we arrived it also happened to be the coronation of the Slug Queen, which was a happy coincidence. The drinks were unique and refreshing! I got a jalapeño passion fruit drink. The jalapeño on top was a fun effect. The drink had nice amount of passion fruit juice and coupled with the jalapeño was a unique twist. My husband got a mint drink. It was refreshing and light. The perfect balance of minty and sweet. The distillery was shiny and open, it was cool to walk into the room and check it all out. The overall vibe of the distillery was fun and festive! It did help that the Slug Queens coronation was happening simultaneously, but regardless, the distillery vibe was warm and welcoming, with a great vibe of fun and festive!
