The staff here crushed it! super friendly and on top of everything. If I were rating just them, this would be a five-star spot. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to that same level. I had the chicken wings with medium sauce, a basket of fries, and asked for extra celery and blue cheese. The wings were decent. Not cold, not lava-hot, just right in that "eh, they'll do" range. The sauce leaned more sweet than spicy, and while it tasted fine, it wasn't clinging to the wings the way you hope it would. Fries were forgettable. Crispy but bland. And the "extra" celery felt like a participation trophy. The Kona Big Wave was the MVP. Cold, smooth, and reliable -- exactly what I needed.
