I took a risk today and decided to cheat on my normal eyebrow lady and I don't regret it. I recently moved to the area and I was finding it inconvenient to drive 30+ minutes to my old salon in Roger's Park. I take my eyebrows seriously so I did alot of research before choosing this place. I booked an appointment beforehand because based on reviews from both Yelp and Google, they book up fast - especially the specific person I wanted to book with. You can also pay online - a feature they created for contactless service which is convenient during this pandemic. Once you walk in, you're required to sign in and can take a seat. The salon itself was nicely decorated and very clean. It gave a nice relaxing, zen vibe. They prioritize those with reservations so I can't speak for how long the wait is without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite. She had very good customer service, guiding customers to their chairs. My impression thus far is very positive. Based on reviews I booked with Sweety and I don't regret it one bit! She snapped on my eyebrows. I wish I took a picture before she did them. I had grown them out for 2-3 months so they were very messy. She was so nice and greeted me and asked me how I was. She asked me what I would like to be done. I told her I was growing them out so I wanted to keep the thickness and that my main priority was just a clean up. My only complaint is how rough she was threading. I don't know if I was just sensitive because I haven't gone in a while but it was kind of aggressive. I managed through it. But you can tell she knows what she's doing and has her techniques. She made my eyebrows crispy compared to how they were before. She did an amazing job on restoring my eyebrow arches/shape. I will continue to book with her! I'm so happy with my results!! read more
