This was my first choice in the campgrounds in the area and I got lucky that there was a site, first come first serve only. Tent or trailer sites next to bow river and pigeon creek. Both swim-able but very cold. Enclosed pit toilets and hand crank running water available. Ten minutes to the town of Canmore that has everything. $31 a night 4pm check in 2pm check out. A down side is highway noise but not a deal breaker. I stayed a week. read more
