DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM!! If i can leave zero stars as a review i would. I rented a small sedan for 3 days from the San Juan PR airport location. By the 2nd day we found roaches in the car and immediately called to get another car but no answer and we were across the island to drive back up. The day of return we recorded videos of the incident which we found over 7 roaches. No one was at the garage when returning the car. I've called days after until i reached a representative and the videos. I was told i would hear from management. A week later(today) i didn't receive any calls or emails from Thrifty so I called and was told im receiving a 15% discount ($30.66 from $390) and that's the best they can do. I insisted on speaking to upper management but was told they were not present at the time and they dont know when they will be back. I will NEVER AGAIN use Thrifty to rent a car. Zero stars! read more
