He was informative about the products in the store, shared his website information, and answered all questions thoroughly while explaining the process to make items in the store. I went into the store looking for a pocketbook for my daughter made from Ireland and walked away with a wallet for my son, a purse for my daughter, and a purse for myself. This place was great!
