BEWARE !!! VERY poor cleaning !! I have brought dry cleaning into the Far West Location for Tide Cleaners. The front desk staff, Roman, and Cathy our professional and helpful! I have used many dry cleaners in Austin and there has never been the consistently poor Cleaning that I have received through TIDE! The last few orders I had sweaters returned with stains! Below is a linen cover to a chair ! professionally designed and cleaned at other cleaners satisfactorily ! Tide tied cleaner took over 6 weeks to clean this item with the same stains and additional stains!! Fillings or other fillings on the Velcro! I was not told Tide requires 6 weeks to clean a linin padding cover !! MINE was returned dirty ! I left a message for the General Manager Mr. ST Pierre over 12 das ago !!! and no return call. Leaving cloths and having to return them is returned them with more stains is on is time consuming and frustrating. You can have good staff at the counter, but why you go to cleaning facilities to have items returned, clean in a timely manner !!! when you take the time to make a call to a General Manager so he can address this and keep you as a customer is not addressed tells me that the problem lies in the cleaning and in management. read more
