From what I'm told, Tide Sugar Boba Tea opened it's doors on July 31st. Quite a shocker, because I did not hear much about it. They are located in same strip as Brass Tacks Coffee shop. Best thing about Tide Sugar Boba Tea is they are one of the very few Boba shops on Southside Blvd. And I am thankful that they did not open shop on Beach Blvd which is littered with so many Boba shops. Walking inside, I love the atmosphere, the ambience and the decorations. It has abit of space theme to it. They have 2 ordering kiosks that you can use to place your orders, which allows you to customize your drink. We ordered their Boba Milks and Fresh Fruit Teas. Per taste impressions...one of the best Boba drinks I've had, nicely mixed, not overly sweet like some other Boba shops. Reasonable prices, delicious drinks. 3 exciting items they also have... - Croffles (the hybrid of Croissant and Waffle) - Mian Mian Ice: similar to Taiwanese Shaved Ice, which is shaved ice in a snowflake consistency, which not many shops serve here locally. - Mochi Donuts: not many shops offered in Jax.
