We stopped in to browse. The staff was very friendly and the experience experience was seamless from start to finish. Right when we entered, we were paired with Emma, who helped us a look at a number of interesting pieces. I am a huge fan of Globe-Trotter luggage, and was stunned to see the beautiful collection on display. Emma was receptive, knew what was happening, and went out of her way to help us. She loved our story and helped us tell it to the world... While I browsed a beautiful collection of Globe-Trotter x Tiffany, my partner and Emma were able to secretly purchase and box one of the last 9" Vanity Cases from the collection. She went out of her way to organize a surprise revisit to the store so that my partner could surprise me. I was floored as Emma walked us into a room with champagne and the most MASSIVE Tiffany's box I've ever seen. The box barely fit in their largest bags, and we needed two! Emma helped us take photos to remember the occasion. As we walked around shopping on Bond St and Covent Garden, people took notice of the massive Tiffany Blue box. Many people stared with looks of shock on their face, and a couple of girls giggling nearby asked if we would tell them what's inside. It become of of my most memorable moments in London.
