I hadn't been to a Tilly's before. My son wanted to stop in for some clothes. I would compare this to a Hot Topic store. They have a lot of clothes and novelty tee shirts. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was during Covid and masks were required. They seem to have a lot of Hurley stuff. My son found a few things that he liked including a couple hats. It was very busy. There were lines out the front of the stores that were too busy. They can be found at the Eagan Outlet Mall.
