This Tim Hortons is definitely understaffed as previous reviewer mentioned. There was a long line of people waiting to order at least 8 people. I placed a mobile order while approaching the store and my order came out so promptly that I didn't know it was mine as the gal didn't announce any name or number when placing on the mobile pickup area. I checked the number on the receipt and it was mine and it's the usual Tim's coffee with correct toppings. Only two stars for the store location but five stars for the mobile app! read more
