The owner Tani, drove around my neighborhood looking for prospects to see if anyone is looking for tree trimming/removal services. Long story short, Tani says he will remove 4 of the trees and shave the sides (so the branches are not hanging off the side of the road) as a good gesture. He gives a set amount and we sign the contract. The day comes where they are cutting down the trees and asks for $150 more because they are working hard. Mind you, only 2 trees have partial branches. The other 2 trees are just bare and need to be chopped down. He does a sloppy job by leaving the mess on the yard. Too much promises and not holding up their end of the deal.
