My husband and I recently endeavored to renovate the kitchen and bathroom of our home. After dealing with multiple contractors who would show up for a consultation and then never contact us again, we finally found Tim Luna, the contractor and owner of TL Tile Creations. Thank goodness we did! Tim was a breath of fresh air. He did what he said he was going to do, in the time that he said that he would do it. He told us exactly how much everything would cost us, and how long it would take him and his crew to get the work done. An honest, reliable contractor? We were starting to think those didn't exist! In total, Tim and his crew demo-ed the existing tile counters and backsplash in our kitchen and bathroom. Installed granite counters in both the kitchen and bathroom. Installed mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom. And installed three sinks, including the plumbing, garbage disposal, and faucets. When all was said and done? It. Looks. Amazing! Like, absolutely stunning. And Tim and his crew were ultimate professionals. They showed up early, and got the job done in the time allotted. Also, Tim kept me updated along the way, and asked my opinion whenever he wasn't sure about how to proceed with something. MOST IMPORTANTLY, to clarify the existing comments that have been made about Tim and his work, if I did not like something that was done, Tim fixed it to my liking NO QUESTIONS ASKED! There was only one circumstance where I was concerned with the placement of a few of the tiles in the kitchen, so I left a note that merely mentioned that I was hoping the rest of the tiles that still needed to be placed would "match up better". When I came home that night, Tim had completely taken down the tiles I had offhandedly referenced, and had re-done them. To perfection, I might add. Tim made it clear from day 1, that if we were unhappy about something, all we needed to do was let him know, and he would work until we were satisfied. Plus, he gave us a two year warranty on all of his work. Even better? (what?? There's more??) We got all of the work mentioned above done for a song. To put it in perspective, all of the work Tim and his crew did, did not cost us much more than a local granite company was going to charge us just to INSTALL the granite. Let that sink in. So if you are looking for quality and affordability, look no further. Tim takes pride in his work, and was extremely easy to work with. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family (my mom is having her kitchen renovated by Tim in a few weeks), and will most certainly use him again in the future! read more
