I have employed TnP Cleaning Solutions multiple times over the last two years. They were actually on regular service with me for a while. The cleaning service started out good, but quickly declined, with promises of "we'll do better", every time I mentioned anything. We are in the process of moving now, so I hired them one more time to do a deep cleaning prior to listing our house for sale. Pam was well aware that we were listing our house and what my expectations were. We were out of town when the actual cleaning was done, but after getting home several days later, and inspecting the work, I was appalled, at the least!!! The floors weren't even close to being clean and lost of things were overlooked! After contacting TnP about my dissatisfaction (text and follow up phone call, due to no response), I was basically told that they'd tell the girls "to do better", or simply, "we don't do that". I expected "deep cleaning" to be a deep cleaning!!! Am I wrong?? I understand that my house needed a good cleaning, as we have indoor pets and I am in poor health with lupus. But, believe me, this was NO bargain!! They charged me plenty for inferior work and no follow up after my complaint that included pictures! Don't waste your money with this company!
