We stopped here after being absolutely drained from doing a full move in to dorm on a humid hot day and this ramen place just seemed to appear from the back of the Storrs plaza. Everyone was happily pleased and extremely filled with their ramen bowls, the vegetarian bowl had a hint of miso in the broth which made the tofu blend perfectly and hold moisture. The tonkotsu bowls were incredible with the pork that was tender and sweet enough while also having that signature light char.
